Some new info straight from the horse's mouth...

"Steam is bringing the best games and user-generated content to exciting new destinations. At GDC 2015, we’ll be giving demos of the refined Steam Controller, new living room devices, and a previously-unannounced SteamVR hardware system."

This is exactly what I wanted to see from Valve, in addition to new games. Maybe... we can hope right?

This is great news! As cool as VR sounds, I'm glad they've settled on a controller design and sound like the Living Box should be coming fairly soon.

Yep, me too. This is great news and I can't wait to get my Steam Machine and try out the new Steam controller.

Valve will be pushing glNext at GDC too. Very interesting piece of tech.

That's going to be interesting, especially the SteamVR system. It seems only recently that VR become something people are working on, maybe technology has progressed enough to make it possible.

After trying the Occulus I can say that VR really will be something special. I can see why many companies are jumping on it, it really will be a big part of gaming if not computing in general.
