One player controls the Hero, the others possess monsters and traps to kill them.

Destroy the hero and it’s your turn to crawl as you instantly take their place.

Race to gain enough XP and loot to challenge the dungeon’s boss, cooperatively controlled by the other players!

Will_Ball gives this a solid "Rad" on the Ghost Scale
This is fun, with very few issues, and is well worth your time.

The team at Powerhoof was kind enough to send Cheerful Ghost a download key for Crawl for the Nintendo Switch. After watching the trailer, I was ready to download it and give it a go.

Crawl puts you in control of a person trying to escape a dungeon, slay a beast and, in the end, freeing yourself. Sounds pretty simple, right? Well it is not. If you are interested in picking up a unique Indie couch co-op game where you can spend time killing your friends, you need to check out Crawl. Not only does the game sport a really unique pixel art look, it also comes with one of the coolest launch trailers in recent memory.

Crawl is available right now on Steam & The Humble Store for Linux, Mac and PC.

After hearing that Crawl hit Steam Greenlight today I decided to watch the trailer. The Indie scene is packed with current and upcoming pixel based hack-n-slashes but the Crawl trailer really got me interested. Crawl seems to focus on multiplayer and part of that is you taking your turn being the bad guy. Looks like you can use whatever is at your disposal to take down the "good guy" and then after you kill them take your turn as the good guy while everyone else tries to kill you. Seems like a really unique take on some FPS modes like "Last Man Standing" or "Mutant."

Take a minute to watch the trailer and if you like what you see, give it an upvote on Greenlight.
