For the last couple years we've had a booth at the Portland Retro Game Expo and if you are in town for the weekend you should stop by and check it out.
A couple things are happening at this years PRGE such as
Ground Kontrol Classic Retro Arcade has been an exhibitor and supporter of the Portland Retro Gaming Expo since our very first event in 2006. PRGE has once again partnered with Ground Kontrol and the Portland Arcade Collectors for a classic gaming experience like no other. Put simply, it will be 30,000 square feet of full-size arcade cabs and pinball machines. All awesome and all set to freeplay. It's like a museum that you can touch - pay one admission price and play all weekend.

There are also a ton of other events including panels and the Tetris World Championship.

Oh too bad! It's a fun event and well worth a drive but maybe not 8 hours
