Yes, I intend to exit Vault 111 ASAP! I'd like to see the system requirements, something I don't think Bethesda has released yet. I have not pre-ordered the game, yet, but again I do intend to get it ASAP. My Pip-Boy will be running on Windows 10. I wonder if the game will feature DirectX 12 upon release.

Doubtful, since it's been in development for years. Skyrim is DX9, it never updated for 10 or 11. So probably never.
