It's time again for the annual Cheerful Ghost Radio Ho-Ho-Holiday Special!
We talk about what we've been playing and watching, the recent console launches, and the stuff we might hope to find under the tree this year.

Just spitballing ways to fix the problem with scalpers and bots when it comes to buying consoles, what if sales were no longer online, but in person only? You'd still have to probably wait in line to score one, but if the inventory went just to stores, there'd be less scalpers getting them.
Of course, Amazon would never let that happen lol.
What if, you could buy a maximum of 1 online, but you couldn't have it shipped to yourself, you'd still have to pick it up from a store? I don't know how many Amazon stores there are around the country, but maybe they could partner up with local stores?
Neither of these are perfect ideas, just brainstorming :)
One nice part of only allowing consoles to be purchased from a store is that anyone could get in line. But I wonder if scalpers would just hire folks to stand in line like they did with iPhones?
Yeah, it's not a perfect idea, but it would at least slow down scalpers a bit more than just having to click a few buttons.
