Hyrulecraft is a 1:1 scale replica of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, in Minecraft! With the alpha map already available as a download, the project has now entered stage 2. The HC team hopes to have a completed server ready later this year which will include a unique Minecraft MMO experience including quests, NPCs, dungeons, free build zones, guilds, and more of the classic Minecraft stuff you know and love.

I saw this on Joystiq the other day. It looks seriously cool!
Yeah it does look cool.
This is... just insane. How long this must have taken baffles the mind.
It's extremely impressive!
This is kind of impressive. What's extemely impressive is Minecraft Middle Earth.

This video is 45 minutes long but here are the highlights: 27:15 is Rivendale, 30:30 is the Mines of Moria
Whoa! I thought I saw something about Zelda looking like Minecraft, maybe this was it, although that was before I played Minecraft. I have not yet messed with any Minecraft Mods, my son's told me of a few he wants, but I (so far) have refused to mess with them. I looked at one and it just looked too complicated (unzip this .jar and replace files, etc..). Maybe I'll get into it sometime, I don't know. There aren't very many games at all that I've messed with Mods. Is this a Mod or is it a stand-alone clone?
This is a mod to my knowledge and since we posted about it 2 years ago, I bet it may have been updated since.
Cool. I might have to check it out some time. Yeah, I'm obviously going through old posts that I missed. =)
Yeah totally. Many of these old posts don't even have titles because the system didn't support them then. Adding them back where I can but there are a ton of these older posts.
Way to necro, Greg! I forget that we were around two years ago.
Hehehe, Travis. Yeah, I recently noticed the old post about FFXII-2 that I commented on about 2 years ago. I don't even remember commenting on that post, heck I hardly remember playing that game, it kind of seems like so long ago. Wow, time flies!
