If you look at the picture, you will notice my health is at 1. It was his turn (you can see on the left side what actions were last taken, he attacked me, he cast a spell on me, he played a minion) ... then he conceded!
He was at low health, so he thought that I was going to win on my turn, however, if he would have ended his turn, I would have taken 1 point of fatigue damage on my turn and died. (Since my draw pile was empty.)
Sorry, I thought it would be fun as a "wait for it" type post. You know, like when you look at those weird photos and suddenly see the creepy guy in the background lol
I was going to friend him and point it out, but eh... lol
I've done that, where I've conceded or made a huge misplay and immediately regretted it. Or, started attacking minions instead of face, only to realize I had lethal and blew it lol.

I miss lethal rarely now. My misplays these days are in trading or not seeing some other in hand synergy with a card in play. I am taking a bit more time per turn to cut that down but it happens sometimes.
Yup. I always check for lethal first now. But I still make plenty of misplays. I miscounted my mana needed last night. I was in a desperate position, but thought I had enough to use hero power plus a couple spells. I used my power then realized I was only at 8 or 9 mana. So my plan failed. I had a cabalist tome in hand which was my backup plan. I cast it just to see what I got. Yup, ice block was there :(
Excited for the last wing to be released. I've got all the others done and heroic completed, ready to get that new card back and last chunk of cards.
Also, I'm 6 wins from golden mage, so I should get that today.
Congrats JaBo! I am not really close to getting a golden portrait at all. It's something I look forward to finally doing but haven't really prioritized ranked very much.
Thanks! I'm working on hunter or druid now probably. Depends which deck looks fun after this last wing gets released. I'm at 371 for druid and like 420 for hunter. I really want to get to 1-5 rank tho.
I built a Curator Zoo deck that is incredible fun. The synergy you can create with Beasts, Dragons and Murlocs using the Curator, Zoobot and Menagerie Magician is nuts. One match I buffed a Murloc, Beast and Dragon to crazy levels for a nuts smash to the face that won me the game. It also runs Anyfin Can Happen if you want a Murloc ending too. I also added Pantry Spider for some extra fun with a new card and so far it's not a Tier 1 deck but it gets enough wins to be fun.
What was the mistake? I'm assuming the opponent died of fatigue?

Admittedly I've only put about 5 hours into Hearthstone but I asked a friend who plays a ton, and he said he didn't quite get it either.

That Pantry Spider looks fun in evolve shammy. Both spiders have a 3 cost, so evolving them is great!
Curator is def a good card. draw 2-3 cards and a 4/6 taunt?
I'm eager for Medivh! And the dragon discover girl and book wyrm will be good dragon additions
