I recently found an article on GameSpot, which covers the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Coming Out of Their Shells album and tour. I had this on cassette. I definitely remembered some songs, but it seems I forgot others. The article gives some interesting details on how the album and tour went. It also includes a documentary and the entire episode of Oprah that they were guests on. It's interesting to watch, at least for nostalgic value. You can check out the article here: https://www.gamespot.com/articles/ninja-turtles-how-the-coming-out-of-their-shells-a/1100-6475327/

I also just watched a video from GameSpot Universe on YouTube that covers some Easter eggs in the first movie. I know I didn't catch all of them, some until they were pointed out. Like, seeing the body actor of one of the turtles when they were laughing, yeah when you point it out, it looks creepy. I've embedded that video in this post, so go check it out.
I was a huge TMNT fan. I remember them very fondly. What about you? Did you have this album? Did you get to see them on tour? What do you think about this episode of Oprah? Did you notice the Easter eggs? Feel free to share your TMNT nostalgia.
Star Trek Picard is a new Star Trek series that premiered on CBS All Access. It currently only has one season, but is apparently getting at least a second. From the trailers we can see that Picard has settled down to retirement on his family vineyard. He meets up with a girl named Dahj, who comes to him for help. We see her fighting in one scene. There are also other images that only give us questions about whatâs going on.
Some of those questions include the following:
Who is Dahj and why does she need help from Picard?
Why is Picard talking to Commander Data, who sacrificed himself to save Picard in the last TNG movie?
Is that Data we see stored in pieces?

What is Seven of Nine doing? We see her with some big phasers shooting up a place, whatâs up with this?
Why is there a Romulan with a sword?
Speaking of Romulans, what are they doing on a Borg cube?
Iâm not going to answer these questions as you can find their answers by watching the show. Although, if you want to discuss it with spoilers, feel free to send me a message. The show still leaves some questions unanswered, none of which have been listed here. I enjoyed the episodes and most of the characters. I recommend watching it. It also ends with an interesting surprise, hinting at the bisexual nature of two of the characters.
When youâre done watching the show check out the videos by New Rockstars and Looper (links below). The former only covers the first episode while the latter goes into each individual episode and more. If youâre curious about something, as was I, you can also search for an answer on the web. One of the questions I had at the end was the topic of a Google search for me, out of curiosity.

The showâs main characters donât just have one Jedi among them, but two. Kanan Jarrus (voiced by Freddie Prince, Jr.) lost his Jedi Master due to Order 66. He then stepped away from the Jedi, but when he met one of the showâs other main characters, Ezra Bridger, he decided to train Ezra, seeing he was also Force-sensitive. The main pilot of the Ghost is a Twiâlek named Hera Syndulla. Her father is General Cham Syndulla on Ryloth. She was just a young child during the Clone Wars. The âmuscleâ of the group is a Lasat named Zeb. There is also a very creative Mandalorian named Sabine Wren. Finally, the android is known as Chopper. These main characters make up a family, more than just a great Rebel team.
Other characters make appearances as well, such as the Emperor, Darth Vader, Maul, and Ahsoka Tano, among others. The show even traverses into some familiar places, such as Genonosis and Yavin 4. It also showcases familiar ships as well. Itâs a wonderful show that ties in with the existing Star Wars universe as we know it, giving us another perspective of what transpires within the canon timeline. I strongly recommend watching it.
The Mandalorian is a new Star Wars show streaming on Disney+. It currently only has one season, but it seems to have been received well. It follows a Mandalorian bounty hunter, most call him "Mando." He gets a great bounty, which leads to the plot of the first season. The season kind of ends on a cliff hanger, showing that there is (or could be) more to come. I do believe it has been given a green light for season two.

One thing that sets this show apart from the Star Wars movies and other shows (like The Clone Wars) is that it is entirely outside of the Skywalker Saga. I think it was done very well and it is nice to see a piece of the Star Wars universe outside of it's usual main story line and characters. Mando does visit some familiar places and meet some familiar species. One thing I really like about this show is that it has a good bit of Star Wars lore in it. We get to learn a bit more about the Mandalorians and I predict we may learn more about another species that I won't spoil (*hint* there's something very adorable in this series).
I strongly recommend watching The Mandalorian. I think this is a good show to binge watch. I was disappointed to learn that each episode is only half an hour long, but the show makes very good use of that time, it is well worth it. I also like the music (like Mando's flute theme) and the opening show bit, which is very short and awesome.
As Star Wars is pretty much a sci-fi western, The Mandalorian fits this very well. Star Wars was created with the influence of westerns and Japanese media (the world "Jedi" is from a Japanese word). If you like Star Wars, definitely check this out! I really doubt you'll dislike it at all.
I also like that the main character played a character I liked in Game of Thrones. I think he makes the third actor from Game of Thrones that's starred in a Star Wars show or movie. (*Edit* Travis pointed out to me in the comments that there are a lot more than I realized.)

I just remembered, this list is missing another I recognized in the Mandalorian episode "The Prisoner" actress Natalia Tena (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1164730/).
You may have heard about a show on HBO called Game of Thrones. Hopefully you haven't heard too many spoilers, if you haven't seen it. GoT is a totally epic show. It blends together elements of many genres such as horror, drama, fantasy, and more. I personally like to binge watch GoT as each hour long episode keeps me wanting more to the point where it's hard to stop watching. There are eight seasons, each with 10 episodes, except for the last two.

Basically, GoT is pretty much as the title states, it's a game of thrones. It's pretty much an ongoing power struggle for the crown of the seven kingdoms. There are many characters that wish to sit on the Iron Throne. Some have legitimate claims to the crown, some do not. Characters are pretty fleshed out and you'll definitely feel at least something for all of the major ones. In fact, your opinion of a character may even change over the course of the show. I know there were some that redeemed themselves and some that started out well, but ended up not being good. Also beware as your favorite character(s) may get killed.
GoT is an "adult" show. It contains nudity, sex, "adult" language, violence, torture, blood, and gore. However, it has dragons and undead. It's a really good show. I believe it's really popular and there's a good reason for that. It is based on a series of books written by George R. R. Martin titled "A Song of Fire and Ice." There are five books already written, each is around 1,000 pages. There are still two more books to be published. I believe there are also some other books by Martin that contain some more lore of the world. There are differences between the show and books as is usual, but Martin did have a hand in the show's development.
This is a show I strongly recommend. If you get a chance, you should watch it and read the books.
I am primarily and strongly a PC gamer. It hasn't always been this way, but it's been this way much more in my life than I've been a console gamer. I've had a computer since I was really young and over the years I've learned a lot about them. I consider myself a PC enthusiast. This is something well known of me, so people have often come to me with their computer questions or tech support needs. I did, after all, work in tech support for a few years at my local community college. While programming really isn't my "thing," PC hardware is. I think I put together (built) my first PC after high school and I did it a few more times after that, as I just did very recently. I've posted some things on here regarding this or just my PC in general (I did post about my Alienware purchase years ago) and I know others here are also PC enthusiasts. So, I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite YouTube channels for PC enthusiasts and tech knowledge.
JayzTwoCents is a channel I found this summer and it's risen really high on my list of favorite channels. Jay is real, he makes mistakes and isn't afraid to admit when he's wrong or that he's made a mistake. He definitely has skills and knowledge and often shares this with his viewers. He does a lot of PC builds for different people or for different budgets and needs. He also does a lot of hardware testing, giving viewers the information they need to make an informed purchase. I really recommend checking this channel out. I've embedded one of his videos about upgrading a 10 year old PC. You can do so surprisingly cheap. Anyway check the channel out at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkWQ0gDrqOCarmUKmppD7GQ
Linus Tech Tips (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXuqSBlHAE6Xw-yeJA0Tunw) and Techquickie (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0vBXGSyV14uvJ4hECDOl0Q) are basically a two in one. Both are good channels for learning about technology in general, not just PC tech, but you will find plenty of information regarding PC tech. Many of the videos are very short, but informative. Many of them are also related, which, if your an enthusiast, means there's plenty to see. I recommend these channels for all interested in technology, but especially for those that are new and wanting to learn more about it.

Unwanted calls and texts are not just annoying, but theyâre also quite disruptive. They can wake you up in the middle of the night or distract you while driving. Often they are ârobocalls,â which are pretty much automated calls or texts that are sent to very many people. They often cover different topics such as warranties, credit card debt, student loan debt, and more. They cal also be scams by people trying to get you to give them some money. Some will pretend to be the IRS and scare you into giving them some money. This is a big problem and theyâre on the rise. Luckily, weâre not completely defenseless. You can add your name to a Do Not Call list at www.donotcall.gov. You can also go there to report unwanted calls and texts you have received. The government, and perhaps others around the world, are working on ways to get rid of these pesky annoyances. People have been caught sending unsolicited calls and texts or even just scamming some one out of money and they have paid some very hefty fines (including jail or prison time) for it.
One of the most basic things you can do about this is to simply not answer or reply to any number that you do not recognize. This doesnât stop them, so one of the best solutions, Iâve found, is to download a free app for your phone that can do just this. I downloaded one from the Google Play Store called Anti-Nuisance. Basically, what this app has allowed me to do is to set up a âwhite listâ of callers I will accept phone calls and texts from and it will block everything else. I still get them, but my phone doesnât ring or beep at me. The app quietly blocks them and gives me a silent notification that tells me how many calls or texts it has blocked. If I want, I can go into the log in the and look at what it has blocked. I can even set up a time period of when I will accept calls and texts, so that they donât interfere with my sleep. Of course, I could just simply turn off my phone while sleeping or only turn it on when I want to use it, but I do like to use my phoneâs alarm clock.
This has become a recent problem for me, Iâve even thought about changing my phone number. My service provider doesnât seem to have much defense against unwanted calls and texts, so I had to find my own way of dealing with them. Thus, I wanted to share this with you. The app I use is free, but contains ads. There are also optional features with other providers that may cost additional money, but may be worth it if this is plaguing you, too.
Iâve embedded a quick video from Linus Tech Tips in this post, but I found another video recently that I think you should check out. https://youtu.be/xS_PItRSruk
Feel free to share your thoughts on this issue and how you combat it.
On iOS there is a new setting in iOS 13 for Silencing Unknown Callers in the Phone settings. I set that and no longer get calls from numbers that are not in my address book. Doesn't stop anyone from leaving a voicemail and so far, none of the people that has blocked/not allowed to ring through left a message.

They also offer some theories about things included in the shows and movies that we love with compelling evidence. Anything that may contain spoilers is clearly stated at the beginning of the video, so you'll get a warning, so you can decide if you want to continue watching. I just recently finished watching Spider-Man Far From Home and I'm currently exploring a lot of the MCU videos I missed out on. I'm also checking out a bunch of Star Wars and DC related videos as well. Head on over and check out their videos, I'm sure you'll find something interesting. In this post, I've embedded a very informative video covering the current Star Wars timeline, it's a must see for any Star Wars fan.
Feel free to let me know what you think about this channel and what, if any, are some of your favorite videos or theories presented on the channel.
*Bonus channels* I've found some other similar channels, I think are worth checking out, too.
FilmComicsExplained often focuses on something within our favorite pieces of pop culture. I watched at least one video explaining one of the monsters from Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Check out this channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCisWUR5UCMcxz_4zT6mI3kA
