Best Indie Games?

I found a site that lists some of the "best indie games." I recognized a few titles I own, like Don't Starve. Some of them I have forgotten about as I received for free, such as via Twitch Prime. One of those free games is Banner Saga and I decided to start playing it and am enjoying it (I may write more about it after I've played it longer).

I bought Don't Starve, I think when it was still in Early Access. I have the DLC for it, but it is a bit challenging. I've watched a YouTube guide series twice, but still feel like I need to figure out how to successfully play the game.

2018 Game Predictions Request

Hi all! We're working on a post about all of our gaming predictions for 2018, and we need your help! We're reaching out to CG users to get 3 predictions (or less) they have for 2018 in gaming. Please try to keep each prediction to a paragraph or less.

Hardware First Look: Razer Cynosa Chroma

Finding out that Terraria was going to have Razer Chroma support in 1.3.6 helped inspire me to buy one of these keyboards. Although I began to realize how much I really wanted this technology a while ago. Razer is a brand I’ve become familiar with due to a friend’s suggestion of a Razer gaming headset I used for Ark. I admit I didn’t do much research before buying it, but I had one on my Amazon wish list for a few months. When it came time for purchase, I decided to save some money and get a different model. My first impression was how great the packaging felt, like a quality product. It surpasses my need.

My first disappointment came when I was trying to get Minecraft’s Chroma mod working. I spent hours with Google trying to see if I could get it to work. In the end, it seems that mod isn’t quite up to date with Minecraft and Forge (the Minecraft mod manager), so I may have to wait.

I really like it and am very happy with it. If you like to play in the dark, as I do, then you’re going to want something like this at least. I got so tired of playing games and hitting the wrong keys. Now I can light up my all my keys ore even just WASD or set them to a different setting. I’ve tried the 7 custom themese out already and like them. One of my favorites it’s “Starlight” where random keys light up. I also like to have it on “Spectrum Cycling,” which lights up all keys, but cycles through colors.

So I've been wanting to change my Cheerful Ghost and twitter handle for some time now. Whiteboyslim is a name I've used for a very, very long time. But as I'm getting older it's making less and less sense, not to mention identifying as "Whiteboy" seemed to have a lot less baggage back in the late 90's, early 00's.

Anybody still playing Binding of Isaac?

I have been playing a lot of Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ on my Switch. Is anybody else still playing this? I finally beat it once, but I feel it was the luck of the draw on items rather than my skills. Does anybody have any good play tips?

So, I found Spright on google images and I have been using him for my profile picture for my Google account, Steam, Discord, etc. I was wondering if this was alright since I do not make any profit from this?

Today at 12pm pacific, IGN and the Video Game History Foundation are teaming up for a 5 hour stream of them playing "a slew of rare things, including canceled games, unreleased consoles, forgotten preview builds, and much more." This is also a fundraising event for VGHF which looks like it perserves old games and consoles. I don't know much about the charity, but the event seems pretty cool. I will be checking it out.
