This Fact from Myth follows the rumors of the mythical city of Rapture, where we'll be going again for the Burial At Sea DLC. This video didn't grab me as much as the first ones, but then I already know what Rapture is like, and I already know that Booker and Elizabeth will be going there. Still, it's a nice little tease for the DLC that should be out this holiday season.
BioShock Infinite
Indebted to the wrong people, with his life on the line, veteran of the U.S. Cavalry and now hired gun, Booker DeWitt has only one opportunity to wipe his slate clean. He must rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious girl imprisoned since childhood and locked up in the flying city of Columbia. Forced to trust one another, Booker and Elizabeth form a powerful bond during their daring escape. Together, they learn to harness an expanding arsenal of weapons and abilities, as they fight on zeppelins in the clouds, along high-speed Sky-Lines, and down in the streets of Columbia, all while surviving the threats of the air-city and uncovering its dark secret.Key Features

This upcoming Bioshock Infinate DLC looks awesome but can some explain to me how Booker and Elizabeth show up in Rapture? Unless its spoiler territory I am curious what your thoughts are.
1) Beat the game on the hardest difficulty, which includes a hundred dollar charge per continue. no money, no more game. You have to reload at your last checkpoint.
2) Not spend any money at a Dollar Bill machine. While this may not seem like a big deal, health, ammo, and salts (Which is basically your mana) are at a serious premium in 1999 mode, and these machines are basically the only easy source, outside of hoping to...
The game pieces and overall build look fantastic to me. I imagine ill see this in my local game store pretty soon and want to give it a shot when it does.
Have you picked up a board game for a video game before? If so how did it turn out for you? What do you think of Bioshock Infinite: The...
The gameplay is solid. The shooting mechanics feel basically...
Now, what you've all been waiting for! This has been the hardest contest to judge. It came down to two entries. We were in agreement on who the top two were, but we agreed that both were equally awesome. So we decided to flip a coin to pick. BUT THEN we decided to throw that coin out the window and just buy a second copy!
Congrats to our two winners, Sparklepop and Nick_Donahoo!
Nick's post was beautifully written, and anyone who had yet to play the game could get...
Of course, as soon as the lights went out, I...
When the first Bioshock came out, I wasn't much of a gamer. I played World of Warcraft on a casual basis and that was about it. I was going through a rough time in my life, at this point (I'll save you the sob story because really, who wants to read that?!). And video games were my way escaping.
I'd always had a love for things that were a little on the darker side. Movies and books, mostly. And then imagine my suprise when my roommate comes busting into my room at one in the morning, holding up a copy of Bioshock. "You gotta play this." was all he said before throwing it at me...
2K needs to advertise the DLC. I am glad they are doing it in this fashion rather than some gameplay videos. Those will surface, sure, but these are a bit more fun and sort of point to details in neat ways. Plus it's also cool to see how someone would shoot a retro video like this and see how close they can get it to a real "period video."
To continue on with the "period video" thought, I realized how much modern 2013 has in common with the 70's/80's. We still have houses built then, quite a lot of items from that time. Crop the video to fullscreen, and wash it out around the edges and fuzz up the audio and it looks pretty damn good.
Appreciated watching it for just analyzing the tricks they used :D
